11 He will tend his flock like a oshepherd;
he will gather the lambs in his arms;
he will carry them in his bosom,
and gently lead those that are with young.
12 As a shepherd seeks out his flock when he is among his sheep that have been scattered, so will I seek out my sheep, and I will rescue them from all places where they have been scattered on a hday of clouds and thick darkness.
23 And I will set up over them one nshepherd, my servant oDavid, and he shall feed them: he shall feed them and be their shepherd.
24 “My servant cDavid shall be king over them, and they shall all have done shepherd. eThey shall walk in my rules and be careful to obey my statutes.
