16 Bind up the testimony; ^mseal the teaching¹ among my disciples.

26 The vision of the evenings and the mornings that has been told is ^btrue, but ^cseal up the vision, for ^dit refers to many days from now.”

The Seventy Weeks

24 “Seventy weeks¹ are decreed about your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to put an end to sin, and to atone for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal both vision and prophet, and to anoint a most holy place.²

4 But you, Daniel, shut up the words and ⁱseal the book, until the ^jtime of the end. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”

9 He said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end.

4 And when the seven thunders had sounded, I was about to write, but I heard a voice from heaven saying, ^b“Seal up what the seven thunders have said, and ^cdo not write it down.”

10 And he said to me, “Do not ^vseal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for ^wthe time is near.
