The Compassion of the Lord
1 z“Come, everyone who thirsts,
come to the waters;
and he who has no money,
come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk
without money and without price.
20 But Peter said to him, p“May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain the qgift of God with money!
24 and are wjustified xby his grace as a ygift, through the zredemption that is in Christ Jesus,
15 But the free qgift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man’s trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded rfor many. 16 And the free gift is not like the result of that one man’s sin. For the judgment following one trespass brought condemnation, but the free gift following many trespasses brought justification. 17 For if, because of one man’s trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.
23 dFor the wages of sin is death, but the efree gift of God is eternal flife in Christ Jesus our Lord.
15 Thanks be to God for his inexpressible xgift!
8 For mby grace you have been saved nthrough faith. And this is onot your own doing; it is the pgift of God,
6 And he said to me, “It is done! aI am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the bwater of life cwithout payment.
17 The Spirit and the iBride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And jlet the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.
