13  Hear, you who are far off, what I have done;

and you who are near, acknowledge my might.

1  ^cListen to me in silence, O coastlands;

let the peoples renew their strength;

let them approach, then let them speak;

let us together draw near for judgment.

1  ^gListen to me, O coastlands,

and give attention, you peoples from afar.

The Lord called me ^hfrom the womb,

from the body of my mother he named my name.
