Isaiah 21:1; Jeremiah 4:11; Hosea 13:15

Fallen, Fallen Is Babylon

21 The toracle concerning the wilderness of uthe sea.

vAs whirlwinds in the Negeb sweep on,

it comes from the wilderness,

from a terrible land.

11 At that time it will be said to this people and to Jerusalem, A hot wind from sthe bare heights in the desert toward the daughter of my people, not to winnow or cleanse,

15  Though fhe may flourish among his brothers,

gthe east wind, the wind of the Lord, shall come,

rising from the wilderness,

hand his fountain shall dry up;

his spring shall be parched;

it shall strip ihis treasury

of every precious thing.
