2  And ^mthe Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him,

the Spirit of wisdom and understanding,

the Spirit of counsel and might,

the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.

28  ^{1 w}“And it shall come to pass afterward,

that ^xI will pour out my Spirit on all flesh;

^yyour sons and ^zyour daughters shall prophesy,

your old men shall dream dreams,

and your young men shall see visions.
