Isaiah 1:2

The Wickedness of Judah

gHear, O heavens, and give ear, O hearth;

for the Lord has spoken:

Children1 ihave I reared and brought up,

but they have rebelled against me.


Hosea 1:10

10 1 Yet pthe number of the children of Israel shall be qlike the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured or numbered. rAnd sin the place where it was said to them, oYou are not my people, it shall be said to them, tChildren2 of uthe living God.


John 1:12

Romans 9:8

This means that it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of God, but qthe children of the promise are counted as offspring.


Romans 9:26
