23  and ^sI will sow her for myself in the land.

And ^tI ^uwill have mercy on No Mercy,¹

and ^vI will say to Not My People,^{2 w}‘You are my people’;

and he shall say, ‘You are my God.’”

9  And ^tI will put this third into the fire,

and refine them as one refines silver,

and test them as gold is tested.

^uThey will call upon my name,

and ^vI will answer them.

^wI will say, ‘They are my people’;

and they will say, ‘The Lord is my God.’”
