Benediction
20 Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, sthe great tshepherd of the sheep, uby the blood of the veternal covenant, 21 equip you with everything good that you may do his will, wworking in us1 that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
Final Greetings
22 I appeal to you, brothers,2 bear with my word of xexhortation, for I have written to you briefly.
22 But be mdoers of the word, and nnot hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. 24 For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like. 25 But the one who looks into the perfect law, the olaw of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be pblessed in his doing.
22 and gwhatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and hdo what pleases him.
