12 For the word of God is ^eliving and ^factive, ^gsharper than any two-edged ^hsword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

16 In his right hand he held seven stars, ^dfrom his mouth came a sharp two-edged sword, and ^ehis face was like the sun shining in full strength.
