50  nRemember, O Lord, how your servants are mocked,

and how I bear in my oheart the insults1 of all the many nations,

51  with which your enemies mock, O Lord,

with which they mock pthe footsteps of your qanointed.

But awhatever gain I had, bI counted as loss for the sake of Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of cthe surpassing worth of dknowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I ehave suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ

14 cIf you are insulted dfor the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory1 and of God rests upon you.
