Genesis 26:28

28 They said, We see plainly that the Lord has been with you. So we said, let there be a sworn pact between us, between you and us, and let us make a covenant with you,


1 Kings 20:34

34 And Ben-hadad said to him, iThe cities that my father took from your father I will restore, and you may establish bazaars for yourself in jDamascus, as my father did in Samaria. And Ahab said, I will let you go on these terms. So he made a covenant with him and let him go.
