39 What was torn by wild beasts I did not bring to you. I bore the loss of it myself. cFrom my hand you required it, whether stolen by day or stolen by night.


Job 24:14

14  The murderer rises before it is light,

that he amay kill the poor and needy,

and in the night he is like a thief.
