7 And he said to him, “I am the Lord who brought you out ^bfrom Ur of the Chaldeans ^cto give you this land to possess.”

3 ^bThen I took your father Abraham from beyond the River¹ and led him through all the land of Canaan, and made his offspring many. ^cI gave him Isaac.

7 You are the Lord, the God who chose Abram and ^pbrought him out of Ur of the Chaldeans and ^qgave him the name Abraham.
