16 And ^pthey shall come back here in the fourth generation, for ^qthe iniquity of the Amorites is ^rnot yet complete.”

21 Then Israel said to Joseph, ^u“Behold, I am about to die, but ^vGod will be with you and will bring you again to the land of your fathers.

24 And Joseph said to his brothers, ^o“I am about to die, but ^pGod will visit you and bring you up out of this land to the land that he ^qswore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.”

8 and I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians and ^hto bring them up out of that land to a good and broad land, ⁱa land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

16 Go and ^vgather the elders of Israel together and say to them, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, has appeared to me, saying, “I have observed you and what has been done to you in Egypt, 17 and I promise that I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, a land flowing with milk and honey.”’

6 Say therefore to the people of Israel, ‘I am the Lord, and ^bI will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from slavery to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great acts of ^cjudgment. 7 ^dI will ^etake you to be my people, and I will be your God, and you shall know that I am the Lord your God, who has brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. 8 I will bring you into the land that I ^fswore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. I will give it to you for a possession. I am the Lord.’”
