19 Why then the law? gIt was added because of transgressions, huntil the offspring should come to whom the promise had been made, and it was iput in place through angels jby an intermediary.


For since athe message declared by angels proved to be reliable, and bevery transgression or disobedience received a just cretribution,

zThe Lord came from Sinai
