3 But rI will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and though I smultiply my signs and wonders in the land of Egypt,
15 But when Pharaoh saw that there was a yrespite, he zhardened his heart and would not listen to them, as the Lord had said.
32 But Pharaoh ohardened his heart this time also, and did not let the people go.
15 For we are the aroma of Christ to God among mthose who are being saved and among nthose who are perishing, 16 oto one a fragrance from death to death, oto the other a fragrance from life to life. pWho is sufficient for these things?
14 And he will become a rsanctuary and sa stone of offense and a rock of stumbling to both houses of Israel, a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
7 So the honor is for you who vbelieve, but for those who vdo not believe,
w“The stone that the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone,”1
8 and
x“A stone of stumbling,
and a rock of offense.”
They stumble because they disobey the word, yas they were destined to do.
9 And he said, “Go, and say to this people:
d“‘Keep on hearing,1 but do not understand;
keep on seeing,2 but do not perceive.’
10 eMake the heart of this people fdull,3
and their ears heavy,
and blind their eyes;
glest they see with their eyes,
and hear with their ears,
and understand with their hearts,
and turn and be healed.”
26 u“‘Go to this people, and say,
v“You will indeed hear but never understand,
and you will indeed see but never perceive.”
27 wFor this people’s heart has grown dull,
and with their ears they can barely hear,
and their eyes they have closed;
lest they should see with their eyes
and hear with their ears
and understand with their heart
and xturn, and I would heal them.’
