13 “Pay attention to all that I have said to you, and bmake no mention of the names of other gods, nor let it be heard on your lips.
3 You shall tear down their altars and dash in pieces their pillars and burn their Asherim with fire. You shall chop down the carved images of their gods and destroy their name out of that place.
7 that you may not kmix with these nations remaining among you or lmake mention of the names of their gods or mswear by them or serve them or bow down to them,
4 The sorrows of those who run after1 another god shall multiply;
their ndrink offerings of blood I will not pour out
or take their names on my lips.
17 For I will remove the fnames of the Baals from her mouth, and they shall be remembered by name no more.
