Exodus 13:18

18 But God pled the people around by the way of the wilderness toward the Red Sea. And the people of Israel went up out of the land of Egypt equipped for battle.


Exodus 14:2

Tell the people of Israel to tturn back and encamp in front of Pi-hahiroth, between uMigdol and the sea, in front of Baal-zephon; you shall encamp facing it, by the sea.


Numbers 33:6–8

And they set out from Succoth and camped at sEtham, which is on the edge of the wilderness. And they set out from Etham and turned back to tPi-hahiroth, which is east of Baal-zephon, and they camped before Migdol. And they set out from before Hahiroth1 and upassed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and they vwent a three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham and camped at Marah.


Deuteronomy 32:10

10  He found him cin a desert land,

and in the howling waste of the wilderness;

he dencircled him, he cared for him,

he ekept him as the apple of his eye.
