The Eighth Plague: Locusts
1 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go in to Pharaoh, for jI have hardened his heart and the heart of his servants, that I may show these ksigns of mine among them,
4 And I will kharden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will pursue them, and lI will get glory over Pharaoh and all his host, and mthe Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord.” And they did so.
17 And I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they shall go in after them, and I will get glory over Pharaoh and all his host, his chariots, and his horsemen.
30 But Sihon the king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him, for the Lord your God thardened his spirit and made his heart obstinate, that he might give him into your hand, as he is this day.
20 For it was the Lord’s doing to nharden their hearts that they should come against Israel in battle, in order that they should be devoted to destruction and should receive no mercy but be destroyed, ojust as the Lord commanded Moses.
