Exodus 8:25–28; Exodus 10:8; Exodus 10:24; Exodus 12:31–32

25 Then Pharaoh called Moses and Aaron and said, Go, sacrifice to your God within the land. 26 But Moses said, It would not be right to do so, for the offerings we shall sacrifice to the Lord our God are an jabomination to the Egyptians. If we sacrifice offerings jabominable to the Egyptians before their eyes, will they not stone us? 27 We must go kthree days’ journey into the wilderness and sacrifice to the Lord our God las he tells us. 28 So Pharaoh said, I will let you go to sacrifice to the Lord your God in the wilderness; only you must not go very far away. mPlead for me.

So Moses and Aaron were brought back to Pharaoh. And he said to them, yGo, serve the Lord your God. But which ones are to go?

24 Then Pharaoh called Moses and said, oGo, serve the Lord; pyour little ones also may go with you; only let your flocks and your herds remain behind.

31 Then he summoned Moses and Aaron by night and said, Up, go out from among my people, sboth you and the people of Israel; and go, serve the Lord, as you have said. 32 tTake your flocks and your herds, as you have said, and be gone, and bless me also!
