2 ^xAnd ^ythe angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush. He looked, and behold, the bush was burning, yet it was not consumed.

18 Now ^rMount Sinai was wrapped in smoke because the Lord had descended on it in fire. The smoke of it went up like the smoke of a kiln, and ^sthe whole mountain trembled greatly.

36 ^eOut of heaven he let you hear his voice, that he might discipline you. And on earth he let you see his great fire, and ^xyou heard his words out of the midst of the fire.
