Exodus 28:40

40 uFor Aaron’s sons you shall make coats and sashes and caps. You shall make them vfor glory and beauty.


Exodus 29:29

29 The holy garments of Aaron kshall be for his sons after him; they shall lbe anointed in them and ordained in them.

Exodus 39:1–2

Making the Priestly Garments

From the oblue and purple and scarlet yarns they made pfinely woven garments,1 for ministering in the Holy Place. They made the holy garments for Aaron, qas the Lord had commanded Moses.

rHe made the ephod of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen.


Leviticus 8:7

And he put athe coat on him and tied the sash around his waist and clothed him with the robe and put the ephod on him and tied the skillfully woven band of the ephod around him, binding it to him with the band.1


Leviticus 8:30

30 Then oMoses took some of the anointing oil and of the blood that was on the altar and sprinkled it on Aaron and his garments, and also on his sons and his sons’ garments. So he consecrated Aaron and his garments, and his sons and his sons’ garments with him.


Numbers 20:26

26 And strip Aaron of his garments and put them on Eleazar his son. And Aaron rshall be gathered to his people and shall die there.


Numbers 20:28

28 tAnd Moses stripped Aaron of his garments and put them on Eleazar his son. And Aaron died there uon the top of the mountain. Then Moses and Eleazar came down from the mountain.


Exodus 29:5–9

Then eyou shall take the garments, and put on Aaron the coat and the robe of the ephod, and the ephod, and the breastpiece, and gird him with the fskillfully woven band of the ephod. gAnd you shall set the turban on his head and put the holy crown on the turban. You shall take hthe anointing oil and pour it on his head and anoint him. Then you ishall bring his sons and put coats on them, and you shall gird Aaron and his sons with jsashes and bind caps on them. And kthe priesthood shall be theirs by a statute forever. Thus you shall lordain Aaron and his sons.
