21 hAnd the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead them along the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, that they might travel by day and by night.
22 The pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night did not depart from before the people.
24 And in the morning watch the Lord in the pillar of fire and of cloud looked down on the Egyptian forces and threw the Egyptian forces into a panic,
38 For the cloud of the Lord was on the tabernacle aby day, and fire was in it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel throughout all their journeys.
The Cloud Covering the Tabernacle
15 fOn the day that the tabernacle was set up, the gcloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of the testimony. And at evening it was over the tabernacle like the appearance of fire until morning.
14 and they will tell the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that you, O Lord, are lin the midst of this people. For you, O Lord, are seen mface to face, and your ncloud stands over them and you go before them, in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night.
12 zBy a pillar of cloud you led them in the day, and by a pillar of fire in the night to light for them the way in which they should go.
19 you in your great mercies did not forsake them in the wilderness. The kpillar of cloud to lead them in the way did not depart from them by day, nor the pillar of fire by night to light for them the way by which they should go.
14 fIn the daytime he led them with a cloud,
and all the night with a fiery light.
39 He spread a hcloud for a covering,
and fire to give light by night.
5 Then the Lord will create over the whole site of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a gcloud by day, and smoke and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory there will be a canopy.
