Esther 9:19

19 Therefore the Jews of the villages, who live in ithe rural towns, hold the fourteenth day of the month of Adar as a day for gladness and feasting, as ja holiday, and kas a day on which they send gifts of food to one another.


Deuteronomy 3:5

All these were cities fortified with high walls, gates, and bars, besides very many unwalled villages.


Ezekiel 38:11

11 and say, I will go up against kthe land of unwalled villages. I will fall upon lthe quiet people who dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having no bars or gates,


Zechariah 2:4
