37 And because he ⁿloved your fathers and chose their offspring after them¹ and brought you out of Egypt ^owith his own presence, by his great power,

8 And your servant is in the midst of your people whom you have ^ochosen, a great people, ^ptoo many to be numbered or counted for multitude.

24 “Have you not observed that these people are saying, ‘The Lord has rejected the two clans that he chose’? Thus they have despised my people so that they are no longer a nation in their sight.
