David Avenges the Gibeonites

21 Now there was a famine in the days of David for three years, year after year. And David zsought the face of the Lord. And the Lord said, “There is bloodguilt on Saul and on his house, because he put the Gibeonites to death.”

10  Glory in his holy name;

let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice!

11  iSeek the Lord and his strength;

seek his presence continually!

16  But may all who seek you

rejoice and be glad in you;

may those who love your salvation
