Deuteronomy 32:25; Ezekiel 7:15; Jeremiah 15:2

25  kOutdoors the sword shall bereave,

and indoors terror,

for young man and woman alike,

the nursing child with the man of gray hairs.

15 yThe sword is without; pestilence and famine are within. zHe who is in the field dies by the sword, zand him who is in the city famine and pestilence devour.

And when they ask you, Where shall we go? you shall say to them, Thus says the Lord:

tThose who are for pestilence, to pestilence,

and those who are for the sword, to the sword;

those who are for famine, to famine,

and those who are for captivity, to captivity.
