Deuteronomy 22:8; 2 Samuel 11:2; Nehemiah 8:16; Matthew 24:17; Mark 13:15; Luke 17:31

When you build a new house, you shall make a parapet for your roof, that you may not bring the guilt of blood upon your house, if anyone should fall from it.

It happened, late one afternoon, when David arose from his couch and was walking on kthe roof of the king's house, that he saw from the roof a woman bathing; and the woman was very beautiful.

16 So the people went out and brought them and made booths for themselves, each oon his roof, and in their courts and in the courts of the house of God, and in the square at pthe Water Gate and in the square at qthe Gate of Ephraim.

17 zLet the one who is on athe housetop not go down to take what is in his house,

15 dLet the one who is on ethe housetop not go down, nor enter his house, to take anything out,

31 On that day, jlet the one who is on kthe housetop, with his goods in the house, not come down to take them away, and likewise let the one who is in the field not turn back.
