Acts 13:18

18 And for about bforty years che put up with1 them in the wilderness.

Exodus 16:35

35 The people of Israel tate the manna forty years, till they came to a habitable land. They ate the manna till uthey came to the border of the land of Canaan.

Numbers 14:33–34
