14 But when the apostles Barnabas and Paul heard of it, they ttore their garments and rushed out into the crowd, crying out,

12 sThe signs of a true apostle were performed among you twith utmost patience, with signs and wonders and mighty works.

uNor did we seek glory from people, whether from you or from others, vthough we could have made wdemands as xapostles of Christ.

uLook at what is before your eyes. vIf anyone is confident that he is Christ’s, let him remind himself that just as whe is Christ’s, xso also are we.

gI know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear with those who are evil, but hhave tested those iwho call themselves apostles and are not, and found them to be false.
