6 And he ^bburned his sons as an offering in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, and used ^cfortune-telling and omens and ^dsorcery, and dealt with ^emediums and with necromancers. He did much evil in the sight of the Lord, provoking him to anger.

21 You shall not give any of your children ^uto offer them¹ to ^vMolech, and so ^wprofane the name of your God: I am the Lord.
