14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom¹ you learned it 15 and how ^pfrom childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 ^qAll Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,

20 He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was ^kmade manifest in the last times for the sake of you 21 ^lwho through him are believers in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him ^mglory, so that your faith and hope are in God.
