20 Then the men of Beth-shemesh said, “Who is able to stand before the Lord, this holy God? And to whom shall he go up away from us?”
10 No one is so fierce that he dares to istir him up.
Who then is he who can stand before me?

when once your anger is roused?
19 uBehold, like a lion coming up from the jungle of the Jordan against a perennial pasture, I will suddenly make him1 run away from her. And I will appoint over her whomever I choose. For who is like me? vWho will summon me? What shepherd can stand before me?
6 Who can stand before his indignation?
Who can endure the heat of his anger?
iHis wrath is poured out like fire,
and the rocks are broken into pieces by him.
17 for the tgreat day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?”
