6 Then the Spirit of the Lord will crush upon you, dand you will prophesy with them and be turned into another man.
13 Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers. And the Spirit of the Lord drushed upon David from that day forward. And Samuel rose up and went to Ramah.
12 And as soon as I have gone from you, the Spirit of the Lord will ycarry you I know not where. And so, when I come and tell Ahab and he cannot find you, he will kill me, although I your servant have feared the Lord from my youth.
The Year of the Lord’s Favor
1 uThe Spirit of the Lord God is vupon me,
because the Lord has wanointed me
to bring xgood news to the poor;1
he has sent me to ybind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives,
5 And the Spirit of the Lord fell upon me, and he said to me, “Say, Thus says the Lord: So you think, O house of Israel. For I know the things that come into your mind.
8 But as for me, I am filled with power,
with the Spirit of the Lord,
and with justice and might,
to hdeclare to Jacob his transgression
and to Israel his sin.
