1 Corinthians 3:6–8

kI planted, lApollos watered, mbut God gave the growth. So nneither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. He who plants and he who waters are one, and each owill receive his wages according to his labor.


Deuteronomy 20:6

And is there any man who has planted a vineyard and has not menjoyed its fruit? Let him go back to his house, lest he die in the battle and another man enjoy its fruit.


Proverbs 27:18

18  rWhoever tends a fig tree will eat its fruit,
