1 Corinthians 10:7-8; Revelation 2:14; Revelation 2:20; 1 Corinthians 6:18

iDo not be idolaters jas some of them were; as it is written, kThe people sat down to eat and drink and rose up to play. lWe must not indulge in sexual immorality mas some of them did, and ntwenty-three thousand fell in a single day.

14 But I have a few things against you: you have some there who hold the teaching of iBalaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, so that they might jeat food sacrificed to idols and kpractice sexual immorality.

20 But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman tJezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servants uto practice sexual immorality and uto eat food sacrificed to idols.

18 nFlee from sexual immorality. Every other sin1 a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person osins against his own body.
