19 Now ^aset your mind and heart to seek the Lord your God. Arise and build the sanctuary of the Lord God, so that ^bthe ark of the covenant of the Lord and the holy vessels of God may be brought into a house built for the name of the Lord.”

2 Then King David rose to his feet and said: “Hear me, my brothers and my people. I had it ^pin my heart to build a house of rest ^qfor the ark of the covenant of the Lord and for the ^rfootstool of our God, and ^sI made preparations for building.

7 Then the priests brought the ark of the covenant of the Lord to its place, in the inner sanctuary of the house, in the Most Holy Place, underneath the wings of the cherubim.

11 And ^bthere I have set the ark, in which is the covenant of the Lord that he made with the people of Israel.”
