ESV.to URL Shortener

ESV.to is a URL shortner (similar to bit.ly or goo.gl) that can be used to provide a more concise web address for various social media applications. We have created this service so that people can easily look up a Bible passage and/or perform simple keyword searches of the Bible.

To use this service type the following in your browser’s address bar “http://esv.to/” followed by the passage you would like to reference.

For ex. “http://esv.to/Genesis1:1-3” would take you to Genesis 1:1-3.

The same format can be used to perform searches.

For ex. “http://esv.to/love” would give you the search results for “love”.
